Strata Management Services
B Milne Property Sales/Management is dedicated to ensuring all the stratas we manage receive complete professional services from our licensed staff. We have been a locally owned and operated business for over 10 years. We believe in working closely with the strata council to help advise them in all areas governing the strata corporation. Our staff strive to have the latest information on government legislation and continue to attend courses.
Fee Collection Services
We handle all fee collection including monthly strata fees, special levies and other charges as required by the strata; plus all banking transactions and payment of all accounts payable.
Financial Records & Record Keeping
Our office provides: computerized record accounts with accurate up-to-date reports, the yearly operating budget, long-term capital project reports to ensure proper funding of the contingency fund, up-to-date records for owner's contact information, work orders, insurance, etc. as required by the Strata Management Act.
Meetings
We attend all strata council meetings and Annual General Meetings of the Strata Corporation, prepare and distribute all minutes, reports, agendas and current financial statements.
Repairs and Maintenance
All work orders are handled in a prompt, efficient manner and repairs are overseen on site. All personnel working on site are insured. We assist with the bidding process for major repairs to help the council make informed decisions and research all purchases for the best quality product at reasonable prices.
Communications
We provide email contact with all residents and council members and a 24 hour local emergency phone contact.
