Property Management
We offer our clients a qualified and licensed staff capable of dealing with all areas of property management and strive to ensure they receive the best professional service.
We are educated in the Residential Tenancy Act and remain current through programs provided by the Real Estate Council of BC.
We are the main buffer between the owners and the tenants. Therefore, we deal directly with the tenant for all of our owners. We offer a full line of services to our clients:
- Performing reference and credit checks on tenants
- Receiving rent and security deposits
- Advertising the vacancies in the local paper and on the internet
- Handling maintenance problems, ensuring the owner is continually informed
- Performing move-in / out inspections along with mandated three month inspections
- Mailing or emailing monthly statements to the owner
- Handling all litigation with tenants if required
We will ensure tenants are very informed and comfortable with the process from the interview to move-in. Our staff will make sure that a detailed move-in inspection is reviewed to ensure the tenants understand the process.
We have a dedicated 24 hour phone line for reporting any emergency problems. If the tenant has any area of concern or problems, we encourage communication with our staff at all times.
