all the strata’s we manage receive the most professional
services from our licensed staff. We have been a locally
owned and operated business for 10 years. We believe in
working closely with the strata council to help advise them
in all areas of governing the strata corporation. Our staff
strive to have the latest information on government legislation
and continue to attend courses.
Fee Collection services
We handle all fees collection including monthly strata
fees, special levies and other charges as required by the
strata. Fees are usually handled by Pre Authorized Debit.
Follow up on all delinquent accounts. All banking transaction
and payment of all accounts payable.
Financial Records & Record Keeping
Computerized record accounts with accurate up to date
reports. Production of the yearly operating budget. Long
term capital project reports to ensure proper funding of
the contingency fund. Up to date records for owners contact,
work orders, insurance and all others as required by the
Strata Management Act.
Meetings
Attendance at all strata council meetings and AGM of the
strata Corporation. Preparing all reports, agendas and financials
for meetings. Minute distribution.
Repairs and Maintenance
Insuring that all work orders are handled in a prompt
efficient manner. Overseeing all repairs on site. Assisting
with bidding process for major repairs to help the council
make informed decision. Researching all purchases for the
best quality product at reasonable prices. All personnel
working on site are insured.
Communications
24 hour local emergency phone contact. Daily email contact
with all residents and council members.
